Prior to establishing Leal and Associates, Ms. Leal was Vice President of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. and specialized in the development of benefit plans for both private and public sector clients. Throughout her career, Esther served as Regional Director of Business Development for CIGNA Healthcare and Sales Management as well as Marketing roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lincoln National and Humana Healthcare.
